Martin / SmartMart fitted a bathroom extractor fan for me and vented the ducting through a soffit vent which he also installed and I cannot recommend himself enough. Everything about him and his service was awesome and 100% lived up to my expectations. He is a very friendly, personable bloke, turned up on time when he said he would, gave a detailed honest and reasonable quote, kept in touch to arrange a date, came to the job on time and did an awesome job and cleaned up after. Other builders were not so punctual, communicative or cooperative. I highly recommend him and I will definitely be calling on him again in future.

Mart has done an amazing job renewing our garage doors. At nearly a 100 years old they were rotten in places and we were going to replace them, however due to Mart’s amazing hard work they have been given a new lease of life. He also did a great job fixing our wobbly side gate, lopsided pergola, painting our front door and adding shelves to a outdoor cupboard to make it a bin store. I am really impressed and would highly recommend him.
