Tessa Reeve1 StarWe hired Mole Valley Maintenance, Dorking to complete work in our property. We had the worst experience in our lives dealing with this man and his company. His workmanship was so poor; he never used any care or skill to any of the tasks he completed. The company did not complete anything properly and everything they touched was butchered to the point that it needs to be stripped off completely and re-started again. They do not know what a straight wall is, left huge gaps by the shower area, did not waterproof our bathroom although claimed it was waterproofed, left exposed live electric wires and exposed floor boards although could see a child was living in the property, left us without heating. The above mentioned issues are a fraction of the issues identified by a qualified surveyor and an electrician we hired afterwards. When we asked the company to repair some of the issues raised, the owner of the company decided to walk away from the job together with all the money we paid him. Our money was never returned. I would definitely never recommend Mole Valley Maintenance from Dorking and his subcontractors because you will be ripped off as we did and left with having to go through court procedure to claim your money back.
