My real rating is MINUS 5 star. Stay away from this fraud. This guy doesn't know what he's doing, he doesn't communicate, he doesn't read instructions ( with photos ) and doesn't take feedback. I guess that's why he's not up to the task. On top of it all he's very dirty, disorganised, messy and not methodical. I never had to change my locks to stop someone carrying on a job they had been told NOT to do but I had no choice with this guy. He caused a leak the 1st day he started work, damaged a £400 mirror he was supposed to fix onto the bathroom wall and randomly cut and stuck £500 worth of tiling . He removed my curtain pole brackets AFTER painting the room and lost them. I never wanted them removed in the 1st place. He has no respect for the person's interior, he left his crumb in my oven that had been professionally cleaned after the tenant left and my kitchen sink has been blocked and damaged by him pouring down cement and grout. He didn't cover any of the furniture and didn't protect my bath. He used my brand new kitchen towels to mop a leak he caused, without asking. As for the tiling job, it's a joke. People who have come to try and rectify it, said that it has to be re-done from scratch it's so bad. One, even said that Stevie Wonder could see what's wrong with it. The big problem is that Lloyd really thinks he's good at what he does. Now that's sad. He's so deluded that he initially quoted 2 weeks to redo a whole bathroom and a bedroom. 8 weeks later still no sight of an end . It has to be said that he barely stuck 3 tiles per day and that my neighbours saw him on the terrace for longer than he was inside doing work. Dean and Lloyd did a great job. They worked really hard to get the decorating of the flat done swiftly and were very thorough. They were efficient and reliable and the job was all completed in the promised time scale. They also did several extra jobs such as replacing taps, replacing a shower screen and new sealant around the bath etc. Thanks v much Dean and Lloyd!

Lloyd Allen has been very helpful in completing painting job for my whole flat, u was really pleased with the outcome. He also completed areas that wasn't discussed as part of the job. Really pleased would recommend and use again. Thank you Lloyd
