Gary & Liam did a full renovation on our bathroom. I would highly recommend them. From start to finish (designing bathroom - fitting bathroom) they were really helpful and always around to answer questions for us. They are hardworking, tidy and lovely to be around. We will definitely be using them again!

Gary and Liam were both great. We used them for a few jobs including installing a cabinet in the kitchen and changing a radiator. they did the jobs to a really high quality and left the space spotless after. Gary was very helpful from the beginning, answering all the questions we had an providing alternatives when materials were not available. They arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be our go to handyman. Highly recommend.

GRW Property Services have done a few jobs for me, from some handyman jobs through to redesigning my kitchen and dining room. I am really pleased that I asked Gary and his team to install my new kitchen, he was really helpful from the start of the process in deciding where to buy the kitchen, through to the complete installation, including replacement flooring. I opted for a Howdens kitchen and Gary worked closely with them throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the difficult days of the installation as bearable as possible for me. Everything worked to plan and time, and the scheduled 3 weeks were met. Gary, Liam and Leo were a pleasure to have working in my house - really friendly, polite and trustworthy and very helpful when I made a couple of changes to the plan and when unexpected problems cropped up and, more importantly, solved without any drama! I will definitely use them again for any other projects and will recommend them to my friends.

Gary works to time, with honesty and reliability. The work done is of a good standard and I have now used his company for many different jobs in my garden. He prices very fairly and is happy to talk through ways of fixing things, rather than replacing, to keep costs down if that is necessary.
