We had an absolute disaster with a tenant wrecking a property we own. It was a real mess and very sad to see the state of our flat when the tenant was finally removed. Berry did an amazingly through quote and priced the job fairly. They fixed every aspect of the flat and completed the work exactly when they said they would. Very very happy with Berry. Highly recommended!

Berry Property Services were professional, responsive, reliable and, most importantly, the work they did for me, finding and fixing an upstairs shower leak that had leaked into the downstairs ceiling, was to an excellent standard. The ceiling decoration was very good as well. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Berry Property Services highly enough. Extremely clear communication with prompt responses, very readable and clear pricing with full itemisation and punctual. We had a reasonably large project which took 5 weeks to complete but there was clear communication throughout, which is of utmost importance. Inevitably there were teething problems at times, but these were all readily resolved, and Luke took ownership throughout the works to personally ensure satisfactory completion. Ancillary works which required other specialist tradespeople were all seamlessly organised such that there was continuous progress throughout the period - this sequential completion was efficient and well arranged. Undertaking building works is always an anxious period - there is no shortage of stories where work is incomplete at the end or not finished to a satisfactory level - I can say this has not been the case with Berry. I will certainly use them again and am providing this recommendation independently and purely to recognise their great craftsmanship, integrity and attention to detail. Thank you Berry Team - keep up the good work!

We used Berry to create a build in wardrobe in the alcove of my daughters room. The craftsmanship was excellent. The job was finished to a high standard and they were quick and professional. I would definitely use again as their prices were very reasonable.

Berry's did an absolutely wonderful job of constructing a bathroom and toilet upstairs for us. It is exactly what we needed upstairs as we are expecting a baby and they completed the work within the time frame they suggested. All the folks who did the building were very friendly and professional. They answered all our queries and listened to the suggestions as well. I will definitely recommend Berry's for any building works. Top folks!!
