Initially qualifying as an electrician, we found ourselves being pulled into all aspects of ‘the trades’. This part of our business grew and grew as we expanded into home renovation projects as well as on call for landlords experiencing problems with their tenanted problems. Recent call outs include fixing a nuisance leak which required a new work top, replacing a noisy fan, mending a bathroom fitment including replacing the tiling and so the list goes on! For a landlord, we know that nothing is more inconvenient than the call when you enjoying your holidays or at work, that something that should be working isn’t. They are responsive, courteous, competitively priced and carry out an excellent service; they are also highly adaptable, offering both electrical and plumbing services, along with general repairs, more significant building repair/work and decoration. At a time when we struggled to even get a response from other companies, Abel and Taylor could not have provided a better service. Highly recommended, we will be using them again without hesitation. I originally got Able and Taylor (recommended by a friend) in to replace some troublesome spotlights. In the meantime a pipe in the wall had leaked and the plumber had cut a large hole in the plasterboard to get to the pipe. Mike sourced and replaced the spotlights and then very kindly offered to sort out the unsightly damage to the bathroom, repairing the hole, and decorating the wall so that you cannot even see that there has been a repair. Superb job!
