His skills as a craftsman are first class from bespoke carpentry to more heavy duty foundation work in the garden. A recent example of his excellence and high standards are on show every day in our house: Tom built a dividing wall to screen off our lounge. It is inch-perfect, seamless and has made the downstairs space work so much better in a busy house. Tom is courteous and mindful of you and your home when he is there. He is reliable and a good communicator about the work that he is doing for you. He is tidy, too. Lastly, you know when Tom has done some work on your home: it's perfect and has the hallmark of a craftsman who takes pride in his work. Can't recommend A24 Property Maintenance enough: First Class.

Tom is the tradesperson that I've been looking for since buying my house 3 years ago. He originally came to quote for fitting internal doors and I've since gone back to him for creating shelving in my boiler cupboard, boarding my loft (and fitting a new ladder), fitting a new kitchen tap and fixing my porch with new boarding. Whatever the job is, whether small or big, Tom gives the same professionalism and high standards, he works hard and diligently, he's such a nice person to be around and he's trustworthy. It's so important to me to have someone that I trust and have confidence in to do a good job and Tom is that person. He gets my top marks and I'd recommend him for any job.

Tom has provided the highest levels of customer service and professionalism, being punctual, responsive, tidy, respectful of us and our home, not to mention being knowledgeable, highly skilled, dependable and carrying the work out to a high standard. He also recommended a plasterer who we were similarly pleased with. We have a few more jobs booked in with Tom, and we won’t be looking elsewhere for help with future works. Thank you Tom! He has been instrumental in achieving the majority of the major improvement and essential maintenance work at North Holmwood Village Hall undertaken over the past couple of years.

Tom is amazing at what he does. He's thorough, tidy and importantly, courteous. If Tom tells you a job will be finished by a certain point, he does everything in his power to stick to that deadline (even if it means eating into his weekend). We've used Tom for a number of decorating jobs at our place and we wouldn't consider using anyone else! 😃
